Farebox can remind your customers about their reservations. When enabled, automatic emails are sent out to every customer with a valid email address and for every reservation relative to that reservation’s start time.

We providing multiple timeframes for automatic emails, plus the ability to enable or disable specific messages. Message timeframes include:

Each timeframe’s message can be customized to suite your business and messaging style. Press “edit” on any email to make changes from the default messaging. Email previews are also available so you can see exactly what your customers will see before enabling a particular message. In this way you could customize the 30 day reminder email to mention “confirm your schedule” but keep a 2 day reminder email more focused on things like “we can’t wait to meet you on your big day!” etc.
