Farebox can now remind your customers about their reservations! We're excited about this feature because customer followup and confirmation is a big part of our manual workflow and we think it's part of yours too. This is our first in a series of customer touchpoint and reservation integrity features that we're planning.
When daily reminders go out, customer receive a simple email with a link to check their reservation details. Reminders go out every morning (in the United States) and can be customized in your settings panel. It looks something like this:
New to the settings panel is a section named "Customize Email". Today this is where the Reservation Reminder lives, and it's where we'll end up putting more options and more emails in the future. You can set the subject preamble, and the body above the button like this:
