The itinerary for a reservation is a shared schedules of timing, notes and locations that drivers, customers and the rest of your staff use to understand when and where a service is meant to happen.

You are able to add multiple stops and selectively show only some stops to customers. Here’s what it looks like in action:

How to add stops

All itineraries comes with two stops that you cannot remove - Start Duty and End Duty. This might be good enough for you, but you’ll likely need to add at least one more stop along the way.

In between existing stops is an “+ Add Action” button, plus an estimate of drive time and distance if the two stops are at different locations.

Press that button to add a new action:

Your new action will increment it’s time a few minutes after the previous step, and look like this:
