Shared reservations contain all the info your customers need to accept, pay for, and reference the details of your reservations. This is the primary way that your customers will interact with Farebox, and how you edit reservation details affects what shows up on this page.

Basic Reservation Info

The top section of the shared reservation show lots of useful info for you and your customers.

• You booking with [company]. Update your company name in Settings
• Last updated reflect the last edit made to any part of the reservation
• Name: # - Customer - Purpose
• Status (Draft, Accepted, Ready to Go, etc)
• Guest number
• Vehicle types requested
• Start date

Customer contact info

The customer contact section shows the info that you have on file for the customer and their day of contact (if applicable)
