Share that reservation!

When viewing or editing a reservation, press the “Share” button near the top right of the screen to pull out the sharing drawer. If the reservation hasn’t already had a link generated for it press the “create public link” to make it available to anyone with the link.

If your customer has an associated email address, you’ll also see the ability to edit and send an email with the link right from the sharing panel:

Customize this message to your liking and use the “Preview” button to see exactly what the customer will see once the message is in their inbox. If you want to send the customer a message yourself for any reason simply copy the share link at the top and include that in your own messaging to them as you see fit. Using the built in “Sent to customer” feature will automatically flip the reservation status from “Draft” to “Waiting for Acceptance”.

Notice that there is an “activity” panel at the bottom of the share sheet that will keep track of customer touch points when using features of this view, including Automatic Emails .

Once your customer gets their link, either through the built in email system or your own message, they’ll be able to see their reservation with details and an ability to accept or pay:
